Okay I know I haven’t checked in for a while. I am down to 241 lbs. and I fit (not perfectly) but fit and was able to tie my size 34 jeans. A week and a half to go before the new month starts.

Okay I did start week 2 with Accelerator and Warrior on the 11th and 12th I just never got to a computer to put it down. Tonight was Yoga. Going along pretty good.

Tonight was rest or “Dynamix” I chose Dynamix just because I really don’t want to skip any of these 90 days (like I did last Tuesday). Half and hour later and I can still feel my heart pounding. With the “Spinal Twist” I actually felt my left leg crack or pop. Tomorrow back to the “Accelerator”

Tonight was “Agility X” More things that I can’t quite do as well as they do on the DVD. By the time I’m into my third week or month. These things will seem a lot easier to reach. I did have a mini bump. I had pizza tonight. No big deal, it was my only bump this past week. Tomorrow is either “Rest” or “Dynamix” I’m thinking Dynamix because I really don’t want to miss a day. Tonight was “Isometrix” which is yoga only tougher. A lot of balancing on one leg. My right leg balance is way better than my left leg balance. All good thus far. I am loving the fact that this is not only working, but is just 30 minutes long. Just 30 minutes. You can find 30 minutes at some point in your day. Tomorrow is “Agility X” I can’t wait to see how agile I am not....

This morning I weighed 246 lbs. – 6 lbs. lost in the first week and I didn’t start P90X3 until Monday night and I missed Tuesday because of my meeting and not planning. I won’t dwell on the weight as much as how soon I fit into size 34 jeans, but it’s still pretty cool. My goal is to get to 220 lbs. by the end of this three months. That is about 10 lbs. each month so I an well on my way after just one week. Now to keep...
